Experience the warm embrace of ILIDA apartments, established in 2010 in the heart of Nea Peramos Kavala. As a family-run business fueled by passion and happiness, we take pride in curating an unforgettable stay for our guests. Each of our tastefully designed apartments spans 55 sqm, boasting 1 or 2 bedrooms, and is complemented by a lush 100 sqm garden featuring a playful playground and a BBQ area.

SEAgull apartments, meticulously renovated and perfectly positioned in the center of Nea Peramos Kavala. Gaze upon the majestic sea and be captivated by the sunrise views. Unwind in our spacious 75 sqm apartments, thoughtfully adorned with 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 elegant bathrooms.

We understand the challenge of the mosquitos during the Greek summer. Rest assured, all our apartments come equipped with window screens to keep these unwelcome guests at bay. Additionally, we provide 2 mosquito-repelling machines, ensuring you enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.

Distances
Kavala International Airport "Megas Alexandros" is an airport 50km from our luxury apartments in Nea Peramos Kavala. Kavala is 15 km away.
You can get to Thassos by ferry boat, either from Kavala to Skala Prinos or from Keramoti to Limenas. KTEL Kavalas operates a bus from Kavala to Nea Peramos Beach and Ammolofi Beach hourly. |
REVIEWS
The owner met us personally and showed us the apartment. Very spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and two balconies. Excellent location, parking places were always available in front of the house or within 50m.

Super clean, with great facilities (eg Nespresso, means against mosquitoes) and balconies at the front and back. The TV had Netflix and the kitchen was fully equipped. One with, without exaggeration, the best accommodation we have ever visited.
